Hydril PH-4 Premium Connection pup joint is a casing or tubing of length shorter than Range 1 with the same connection. Pipes used to accomplish exact depth readings in a well, for any given purpose (e.g. setting valves, packers, nipples, circulating sleeves, etc.). We supply pup joints in lengths from 2 to 12 feet as well as Heavy Wall Drill Pipe pup joints.
Pup Joints are used for:
• Adjust the length of casing/tubing string to match the required total length
• Adjust length of sub-assembly to appropriate handling length.
